Saree seems to be a mix of cotton and polyester yarn. It sticks a bit while ironing on cotton setting. Normally silk or cotton fibres should not stick or melt to heat. When burnt they should smell like burnt hair. Hope you will be mindful in posting cotton sarees in the future. Please do a quality check. Too many fakes in the market. The kurta is cotton and is good. Happy with the purchase
